Sour Cream Muffins
with Cinnamon Nut Topping

Muffins:
WHIRL
All-purpose flour
White sugar
Sour cream
Eggs
Baking powder
Baking soda
Whole milk

Topping:
Chopped walnuts
Ground cinnamon
Sugar


Method

1. Preheat oven to 375° F

2. Mix all dry ingredients together

3. Add eggs, sour cream, and milk to dry ingredients, mix well

4. Pour batter into greased cup cake pans

5. Mix all topping mix together and sprinkle on top of the batter

6. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
