Phillips Crab Meat green pepper, chopped canned pimento, chopped mayonnaise large egg Worcestershire sauce salt mustard powder lemon juice hot sauce, to taste boneless fish fillets or chicken breasts
Method Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except crab meat in small mixing bowl. Gently fold in crab meat. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast or fish fillet. Stuff with 1½ - 2 oz. of crab stuffing. Bake on greased baking pan 20-25 minutes for fish or 30-40 minutes for chicken breast. Garnish with paprika and lemon wedge
