Brewer’s Choice® Battered Cod Fillets 2 oz Flour Tortillas 8” Cabbage, shredded Mayonnaise Buttermilk med Cucumbers, peeled, seeded & pureed Green Onions, finely chopped Parsley, minced Celery Seed Garlic Clove, finely minced Onion Powder Paprika Cayenne Pepper Salt and Black Pepper Salsa Fresh Lime
For Cucumber Ranch Sauce, in a bowl combine mayonnaise, buttermilk, cucumber, green onion, parsley, celery seed, garlic, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper. Mix well and place in a container with lid. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before using.
Deep fry frozen Cod portions at 360°F for 4 minutes or bake in conventional oven for 16 to 18 minutes at 425°F. Lay warmed tortillas on a flat work area. Spread tortilla with 1 Tablespoon of Cucumber Ranch Sauce. Top with two Cod portions and ½ cup cabbage. Fold then serve with a side of salsa and lime wedge.
