One thing you don't know about me is that I'm very sensitive.
I'm most proud of my passion for cooking.
One of my most memorable meals was at Vipore in Tuscany. It was the first time I experienced Cesare Casella's food (even though he wasn't there).
If there was no bacon I'd have no reason to live.
My go-to drink is Prosecco.
If I were on death row my last meal would be a BLT.
The thing I hate most about this business is blogs.
If I could change one thing about me it would be not to be so sensitive.
My idea of a perfect day is the beach, sunshine, friends and family, beer and laughter.
If I was not a chef I'd love to be an artist.
