Certified Angus Beef LLC honored restaurateurs at the brand’s 45th annual conference to recognize achievements and embrace opportunities for continued growth.

Wooster, Ohio-based Certified Angus Beef, founded in 1978, works with ranchers, chefs and retailers, and all were represented at its annual conference Sept. 20-22 at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa in Las Vegas, Nev.

Among honorees were restaurateurs and restaurant groups, including:

Chef of the Year: chef Vinnie Cimino of Cordelia in Cleveland, Ohio.

Culinary Innovator: Zack Wolf, corporate chef for the Ole Restaurant Group of Louisville, Ky.

Steakhouse of the Year: FoxFire Steakhouse in Geneva, Ill.

Legendary Steakhouse: El Gaucho Hospitality of Seattle, Wash.

Barbecue Establishment of the Year: Fox Bros Bar-B-Q of Atlanta, Ga.

Restaurant Marketer of the Year: Daedo Sikdang of Los Angeles.

International Marketer of the Year: Steak Social, Cayman Islands.
