As fall rolls on, new restaurants across the South are opening their doors and welcoming diners into new spaces, with concepts ranging from extra-casual to upscale and cuisine covering every corner of the globe.

Three of the most compelling restaurants to open over the past month are located in Texas, while others call Nashville, Miami and Atlanta home.

Este in Austin is a seafood-focused offshoot from the Suerte team, while Dea in Dallas is the third restaurant from a female power duo. Down in San Antonio, the Pearl District welcomes Full Goods Diner, a comfortable hangout serving breakfast and lunch favorites with a South Texas twist.

In Nashville, restaurateur Elizabeth Blau opened her third concept inside the Conrad hotel, while over in Atlanta, diners can now enjoy a polished supper club that serves Mexican cuisine with local ingredients. Finally, Italica — an Italian concept from Argentina serving pizzas, pastas, and spritzes — has descended on Miami.
