Fox Restaurant Concepts to take over Restaurant Hospitality’s Instagram Stories

North Italia, part of Sam Fox’s Fox Restaurant Concepts juggernaut, is opening its newest location in Austin, Texas, and Restaurant Hospitality Instagram followers will get a sneak peek behind the scenes on Friday, Feb. 23.

Fox Restaurant Concepts was named one of the 25 most powerful multiconcept operators in the country last fall, and founder Sam Fox is on Nation’s Restaurant News’ 2018 Power List.

North Italia currently has 12 restaurants, with four scheduled to open soon, according to the brand’s website.
