For more than 20 years the Anasazi Restaurant & Bar has been considered one of Santa Fe’s best restaurants. But two decades is a long time, and the folks at the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi, where the restaurant and bar is located, decided it was time to freshen the culinary destination and its menu.
