INGREDIENTS:1 ½ lbs. Blount Brand IQF Sea Clam Meat (frozen)
3 lbs. cream cheese (regular or low fat)
1 ½ cups prepared salsa, medium hot
1 cup scallions, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
1-2 Tbsp. salt (optional)DIRECTIONS:Heat clam meat in large skillet at moderate heat for approximately 1 minute, or until hot. (Alternate method: microwave until just hot.) Pour clam meat and accumulated liquid/juice into food processor. Process until finely minced. Add all remaining ingredients and process until well-combined. Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor. Great with crackers, tortilla wedges or fresh vegetables.SERVINGS:Approximately ½ gallon
