1/2 carton Potato Pearls®
Extra Rich 1 gallon chicken stock, boiling
1/2 cup wasabi powder
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup rice vinegar, seasoned
3/4 tsp. sugar
OPTIONAL FOR GARNISH:
as needed, sheets of Nori (Japanese seaweed), cut into thin shreds
as needed, Japanese cucumber, cut into thin slices
as needed, ginger, pickled
Whisk potatoes into boiling chicken stock.
In small bowl, combine wasabi powder and water to form paste; stir into potatoes. Stir in seasoned rice wine vinegar and sugar. Keep warm until ready to serve.
If desired, garnish with remaining optional ingredients. Serve with teriyaki chicken or salmon.
