2 oz. Stoli Vanil Vodka
1 oz. real pumpkin syrup
2 oz. half-and-half
as needed for garnish, a shake of nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in a Boston shaker, fill with ice and shake 10 to 15 times. Strain into a chilled martini glass.
