2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
8 oz. ground chicken
3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster-Flavored Sauce
2 oz. cucumbers, diced
2 oz. carrots, diced
2 oz. jicama, diced
3 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil
12 lettuce leaves
Heat pan. Add cooking oil, chicken and Lee Kum Kee Oyster-Flavored Sauce. Cook chicken until half-done. Add cucumber, carrots, jicama, and Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce. Stir-fry evenly. Add Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil.
To serve: Wrap mixture in lettuce leaves. Serve additional Hoisin Sauce as dip.
