INGREDIENTS:8 oz. chicken breast
½ oz. onion, julienne
½ oz. carrots,thin julienne
½ oz. celery, thin julienne
1 oz. chicken veloute
½ Tbsp. Tabasco® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
1 oz. cheese
1 12 inch flour tortilla
to taste, salt and pepper DIRECTIONS:Grill chicken breast and slice julienne. Saute onion, carrot, and celery until tender. Add chicken veloute, Tabasco® brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce, salt and pepper.
