Club Tilapia™ Margarita Apx 2.25 oz Strips
Flour Tortillas 8”
Green, red and/or orange peppers, cut in strips
Tomato, seeded, diced
Cilantro, chopped
Green leaf lettuce
Mexican cheese blend, shredded

Chipotle Cream Sauce
Chipotle chiles in adobe, minced, seeded
Non-fat sour cream
Salt
  • For Chipotle Cream Sauce, in a bowl combine Chipotle chiles, sour cream and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  • Deep fry frozen Tilapia portions at 360°F for about 3 ½ minutes or bake in conventional oven for 10 to 12 minutes at 425°F. Slice portions into strips.
  • Lay warmed tortillas on a flat work area. Top with leaf lettuce, peppers, tomato, cilantro, cheese and Tilapia strips. Fold then serve with Chipotle Cream Sauce.
