INGREDIENTS:3 3/4 lbs. 75082 Perdue® 4* S/L Honey Smoked Turkey Breast, cut into thick slices
1 ½ oz. olive oil
1 oz. balsamic vinegar
1 red onion, chopped fine
2 cups Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. jalapeño chiles, finely diced
2 avocados, peeled and diced
12 strawberries, quartered
2 mangos, peeled and chopped
½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped DIRECTIONS:Lightly grill Perdue® 4* S/L Honey Smoked Turkey Breast slices over medium heat. Keep warm. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat, quickly saute onion, tomatoes, peppers, strawberries and mango for 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in vinegar. Toss lightly, remove from heat, gently stir in avocado and cilantro. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fan two or three slices of turkey on each plate and top with a generous serving of chutney.
