INGREDIENTS:2 ½ cups heavy cream
¼ cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
¼ tsp. salt
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. mini marshmallows*
1 pound chocolate chips
½ cup milk
3 oz. butter
36 graham cracker squares
50 mini marshmallowsDIRECTIONS:1. Whip heavy cream in a large mixing bowl, set aside. In another bowl, cream cream cheese with sugar, vanilla and salt until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Chill.
2. In a saucepan, melt chocolate chips, milk and butter, stirring until smooth. Reserve warm.
3. For each dessert: Pool about 1 Tbsp. chocolate sauce on a serving plate. Top with one graham cracker square, ¼ cup marshmallow cream, another cracker square and an additional 1/3 cup of marshmallow cream. Reserve.
4. Top a third cracker with 4 to 5 mini marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows are golden. Place this cracker on top of reserved s'more.
To finish: Drizzle each with about 1 Tbsp. of sauce. Serve immediately.
