Phillips Crab Cake Sliders
mini burger buns or honey dinner rolls, split in half
oz. shredded Romaine or iceberg lettuce

Chipotle and Sundried Tomato Chili Sauce: Yield ½ c.
tsp. chipotle peppers in adobo
oz. sundried tomatoes, packed in oil
C. Heinz Chili Sauce


Preparation Instructions

  • In small food processor blend all sauce ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve, up to 3 days.
  • Prepare sliders according to package directions. Serve 1 Tbsp. sauce per portion on split mini bun or roll with ¼ oz. shredded lettuce.
