8 oz. 61% or 72% chocolate, chopped
1 Tbsp. light corn syrup
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup milk
4 Tbsp. BBQ sauce of choice
2 dashes of hot sauce
Place the chocolate and corn syrup in a medium bowl. Pour the heavy cream and milk into a small saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Pour the hot cream and milk mixture over the chocolate, and whisk until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Strain the mixture into a bowl.
Add 4 Tbsp. BBQ sauce and 2 dashes of hot sauce to the chocolate mixture. Line 2 baking sheets with silicone baking mats. Dip cookies, berries or marshmallows into the chocolate BBQ glaze and place on the lined baking sheets. Allow the chocolate BBQ glaze to set and then enjoy.
