Honey wheat bagel
Egg raw
Broccoli small florets (blanched)
Bacon, cooked (diced)
Onion (diced)
Button mushroom (thin sliced)
Whipped cream cheese
Gouda cheese (¼ oz. slices)

  • Heat chicken per specifications.
  • Make a small frittata by sautéing the bacon, onion, mushroom and broccoli (season w/salt and pepper), add raw egg and finish.
  • Split and heat bagel, spread with cream cheese.
  • Place frittata down on bottom half of bagel and top with gouda cheese and crispy chicken.
  • Top off with the other half of the bagel and enjoy.
