INGREDIENTS:12 ounces pasta, cooked
½ lb. beef or chicken, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce
3 ½ Tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 oz. red bell pepper, sliced
1 stalk green onion, chopped or shreddedDIRECTIONS:Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain well. Set aside. Marinate beef or chicken with soy sauce and cornstarch for 5 minutes. Set aside. Mix Black Bean Garlic Sauce with water. Set aside. Heat pan over medium heat. Add cooking oil and stir-fry marinated beef or chicken until brown. Add cooked pasta, bell peppers and Black Bean Garlic Sauce mixture. Stir-fry all ingredients until cooked. Mix in green onions before serving.SERVINGS:4 servingsPHOTO CREDIT:Photo Credit: LEE KUM KEE
