1 cup
1 cup
1/2 cup
LUCKY LEAF/MUSSELMAN’S/APPLE TIME® Apple Sauce
Chopped red bell peppers
Minced scallions
Canned diced green chiles, drained
Minced fresh cilantro
Fresh lime juice


Method

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until just mixed. Place in covered container and refrigerate at least 3 hours before using.

2. To Serve: Serve 1/2 cup Apple Salsa per serving as a dipping sauce or as an accompaniment to roasted meats and vegetables.*

* Serve as a dip with tortillas, corn chips, crackers or vegetables. Also use as an accompaniment for roasted chicken, pork or fish, as well as in tacos and casseroles.
