All Seasons Services, Inc., has acquired CSS Vending Company Inc. of New York. CSS is a full-line vending company that serves the metro New York City area.
State agriculture and health agencies spent about $1.3 billion on food safety programs in fiscal year 1999, according to a new report from the U.S. General Accounting Office.
