USA comes out on top in 30th Bocuse d'Or

For the first time ever, the US has won the Bocuse d'Or, a biennial cooking championship in Lyon, France now in its 30th year. Teams from 24 different countries competed against each other in preparing Bresse chicken and shellfish dishes as well as themes on a tray and vegetal dishes.
