For this year’s Chef Power List, Restaurant Hospitality celebrated six independent restaurant chefs who serve as culinary ambassadors of sorts.
These leaders in the kitchen are known for their work bringing national attention to lesser-known types of cuisine or ingredients, or thinking about their businesses in an all-new way. At a time when the industry is struggling to recover from a terrible 2020, these chefs brought inspiration and new ideas to the table.
This year, however, we also wanted to hear from readers. So we asked who you thought should be selected for the Chef Power List.
You responded with some terrific suggestions, which we feature in this new list: Chef Power List Readers Picks.
Here are the innovators and culinary leaders who you feel deserve the spotlight for their work helping to shape the industry and inspire.
