With the Super Bowl just around the corner, chef Richard Blais of Atlanta's Flip Burger Boutique, HD-1 and The Spence creates a burger that layers meat on meat. The appropriately named Pigskin Burger features a pork patty topped with chicarrones, cheese foam, pork belly, pork shoulder and bacon jam. The creation is served on a kaiser bun that is grilled in the pork's cooking juices and topped with a mixture of ranch dressing and sriracha.
