Age: 39 Why she's rising: She was named C.O.O. for the AFC brand last year, and is lauded throughout that corporation and industry organizations as a leader and mentor. Timm-Brock is AFC's fourth female executive officer. She is also a recipient of the Corporate Pacesetter Award by the Roundtable for Women in Foodservice and developed the five-year plan for the Women's Foodservice Forum. Background: Prior to joining AFC, Timm-Brock held two vice presidential posts with Darden's Olive Garden. Before that, she developed global programs for Pizza Hut and worked for Pillsbury in product processes and new business development. Education: Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering; Master's in Management of Technology. Mentor: AFC president and C.O.O. Dick Holbrook. What her colleagues say: Timm-Brock is "a masterful strategist."
