1. One thing you don’t know about me is that I’m a complete information junkie.
2. If I could trade places with one chef it would be Escoffier. He wrote the book. It was the turn of the century.
3. If there was no water, I’d have no reason to live. Everything else is mind over matter
4. My go-to drink is iced tea.
5. If I were on death row my last meal would be pizza from Di Fara.
6. If I could change one thing about me I’d be a day person instead of a night owl.
7. My favorite junk food is french fries.
8. If I wasn’t a restaurant operator, I’d love to be a Tour de France rider.
9. If I could have a meal with anyone living or dead, it would be with Hunter Thompson and Johnny Depp.
10. I would make them pasta with wild mushrooms and stinging nettles and I’d serve suckling pig with fennel pollen.
