What the Judges Said: The Summer Cure features a terrific holy trinity of cured meats, and they alone would make most happy. But the addition of a fried tomato is a nice surprise. But the sandwich goes to another level entirely with the creamy mozzarella and the basil mayo. What a delightful, sloppy mess. Waiter, another napkin please!
